Chhattisgarh Office Assistant, Office Peon Eligibility and Conditions
Only those candidates who are citizens of India will be considered eligible to apply for this recruitment because the applicant must be an Indian citizen for this recruitment.
- For the post of Office Assistant/Clerk:-
- Education Qualification: Only those candidates will be considered eligible to apply for this recruitment who have passed graduation from a recognized university or institute. Because for this post the candidate must have a graduation degree.
- Candidate for this post must have the ability to operate a computer as this post requires performing computer-related tasks, along with data feed and basic word processing skills.
- For this post, the candidate must know typing, as this post requires good typing skills and proper setting of paper, any candidate having these skills will be eligible to apply.
- All those candidates who have the ability to take dictation and prepare files can apply.
- For the post of Office Assistant/Clerk, candidates having knowledge of file maintenance and processing will be selected.
- Salary: The salary will be given on a Class-C basis, according to which the selected candidates will be given a lump sum of Rs 15,000 per month.
- For The Post of Office Peon (Munshi/Attendant):-
- Education Qualification: For the post of Office Peon, the candidate should be at least class 8th pass. If the candidate is ready to do service work and has a certificate of work experience related to the post for which he is applying, then he must attach it.
- Salary: The candidates selected for this post will be given a contractual lump sum salary of Rs 9,000 per month based on pay scale class-C.
Office Assistant/Clerk, Office Peon (Munshi/Attendant) Age and other eligibility
- For any post for which the candidate wants to apply, if the candidate wishes, he can apply after attaching the photocopy of the registration certificate of the employment office along with the mentioning of the date along the live registration number of the employment office during the application (submission) period, but it has to be kept in mind that this photocopy should be self-attested.
- Those candidates who are married before 18 years of age will be disqualified from appointment. In this recruitment, a candidate who is married before the minimum age limit set by the government for marriage will not fulfill the eligibility criteria.
- A candidate who has more than one wife alive will be disqualified as well as a female candidate who is married to a man who is already married and has one wife alive, no such candidate will be appointed to any post for this recruitment. If such a situation arises and is resolved by the government, then the candidate may be eligible.
- The maximum age of any candidate who is a native of Chhattisgarh state should not be more than 45 years. If the candidate is from another state then his maximum age limit should be 30 years or less.

- All such candidates who belong to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe category declared by the Government of Chhattisgarh will be given a relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit.
- The maximum age limit will be 43 years for all those candidates who are permanent/temporary/work charge or contingency paid employees of Chhattisgarh Government. Also, such candidates who come from the category of employees of Corporations/Boards, etc. of Chhattisgarh State will also have a relaxation of up to 43 years in the maximum age limit.
- The upper age limit for female candidates will be relaxed by 10 years as per the government rules. This will be in addition to the age relaxation given to the female candidates.
